Our Process

1. Establish Goals

We begin with a friendly chat to establish your property goals and aspirations for you and your family.

2. Gather Information

We will gather the information needed, from you, to ‘roadmap’ your current financial position.

3. Analyse Information

Analyse your financial information in line with your goals and present you with the best available lending options.

4. Application

Once you have reviewed your lending options, we will then seek an approval for lending via application to our panel of lenders.

5. Approval

Once an approval is in place, we continue to support you as you work towards your property goal.

6. Review

Ongoing support to help you review your financial position ensuring that your new lending remains fit for purpose and within your control.
